These Terms and Conditions outline the policies and guidelines that govern the use of services provided by Nay's Notary Services & More, LLC.

By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Nay's Notary Services & More, LLC provides mobile notary, loan signing, and related services as listed on our website. All services are subject to availability and applicable fees.
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must provide valid, government-issued photo identification and ensure all documents are complete (excluding signatures where required). All signers must be present unless otherwise permitted by law.
3. FEES & PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Travel fees and other applicable service charges will be disclosed and agreed upon before service is provided.
We accept cash, Cash App, Venmo, and Square.
4. APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are confirmed at the time of booking and may be scheduled online or by phone. Please provide accurate information so we can prepare for your appointment.
5. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If travel has already begun, any previously disclosed and agreed-upon travel fee may remain due. Nay’s Notary Services & More LLC does not currently charge a separate cancellation fee.
6. TRAVEL FEES
A travel fee may apply based on your location and applicable travel rate. Travel fees will be disclosed and agreed upon before travel and appointment confirmation.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
We value your privacy. All documents and information shared with us are kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the notarial service.
8. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
All services are performed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of North Carolina. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason permitted by law.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nay's Notary Services & More LLC is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice. We are not responsible for the contents of documents or the consequences of their use.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
